I would NEVER recommend Lake Country Customs to anyone all because of THE OWNER!!! I have never had such a HORRIBLE customer service experience in my life, ESPECIALLY WITH AN OWNER until taking my car hereOnce you pay them you are worth NOTHING- now I say "them" in terms of the ownerI also came into contact with a mechanic named ***t there who was very kind..without *** this business clearly wouldn't run- the owner should just leave the business to *** I had questions the first time I called about directions and the owner completely talked to me like I was an itI then had a problem with something installed in my car from Lake Country Customs, so I called again and the owner wanted NOTHING to do with speaking to me respectfully, or even as a customer in generalHe even told me "LISTEN" as I got upset with how he was speaking with meLastly, the owner even told me " go speak with the Revdex.com" when I threatened to do so which shows he could care less about his reputation I now have taken my car to another auto body shop and couldn't be any happier! The owner should know to treat all customers equal and with respect- that is how you keep your business running!
I just recently had a custom fiberglass box built to fit my new 2015 kia optima and the job that Lake Country Customs did was flawless. They also installed a 12" hertz sub and amp and the overall job exceeded my expectations. They was only one small setback, when I called to check the progress I asked if everything went well without any problems and I was told "everything" went well without any issues. When I arrived to pickup my vehicle I was informed that the speaker company accidentally shipped the wrong sub which was installed anyways. This news was disappointing to me but I was assured that the correct sub will be ordered and swapped out. However from start to finish they were very precessional with me and everything I asked for was delivered and all details were to my exact request. Even with the temporarily incorrect sub, my car sounds great! I would highly recommend Lake Country Customs to anyone. I can officially say that I'm now a lifelong customer. "Thank you" L.C.C. for the awesome job!!!
I hired Lake Country Customs to restore the interior on my 2000 Mastercraft X-Star wakeboard boat. All of the vinyl was to have been replaced with very high quality marine vinyl. Three years after the project, a large portion the rear sundeck started to become discolored and covered with mold. Upon closer inspection, the vinyl used was not of the same texture as in the rest of the boat. The other vinyl is in perfect condition. I suspect that Eric of Lake Country Customs failed to order enough of the marine vinyl and substituted it with vinyl that may not even be of marine quality. A significant portion of the boat needs to be repaired. I contacted Eric, the owner of Lake Country several times via email, but no response. Zero follow-through and very poor practices/workmanship.
