Lake Country Flat Fee

DO not use Lake Country Flat fee, they Don't work for the Seller. As we had 3-4 buyers interested & they never followed up unless we kept asking Paul Liebe the status. he was vague & all of a sudden told the buyers are no longer interested. something is completely wrong about that when he is too lazy to follow up or pass on the Sellers responses back to the buyers. This leads to loosing the buyers as the agent doesn't get the proper information about your home. how can he be in business.

This business claims to be a full service realty company, but they are far from it. The only thing they do is list a MLS and handle the paper work. They have way to many listings and not enough staff to help their clients. We had people tell us that Paul would accept a showing and then not show up. When we tried to communicate with him it would sometimes take days to get a response back. When an offer was on the table he was no where to be found. I would never use this company again and would never recommend them to any one. You get what you pay for I guess.
