We strongly disagree with the information on this complaint*** was a Leaseholder for this apartment, not a co-signerShe was listed with her husband *** on the Lease Agreement that commenced April 2, We had contacted ***
several times due to the excessive problems we had with ***, we were not advised by her nor were we ever given a copy of a restraining orderShe always had keys for this unit and also had been to the unit during the residencyOur Management Company terminated this Contract due to multiple violations of the LeaseThe unit was to be vacated by August 31, 2014, however, we did not receive keys nor was the unit emptyOn Tuesday September 2, we sent a notice to the unit and also contacted *** since we would be filing an unlawful detainer due to the unit not being vacatedOn Friday September 5th, at 1:p.m*** came to the office and returned one set of keys and stated to our Leasing Agent Tarah the following statement "I am done dealing with this, he will clean the unit and remove the cat by the end of the day." She also stated to toss anything that was left behindShe then added "I don't care and I'm done"Tarah explained that any items/trash left will be charged to the accountTarah also advised her that the cat had been in the apartment without a litter box and there was already damageOn September 9th, the unit still had belongings in it as well as the catWe left a message on ***'s voicemail regarding the items that were left and did not hear back from herUpon taking possession of the unit there were damages done to the unit and a Final Account Statement was mailed out on September 18th, If *** did not receive it we were never advised previouslyOnce an account is sent to collections it is then handled by the collection agency and cannot be reverted back to us

As noted in my initial complaint, a copy of the restraining order was never requestedI would have faxed it over immediatelyI received a cashiers check he wrote on and the cancellation of the lease agreement letter sent to my current forwarding addressThis information was to be used for any further communicationIt was notThe final bill was sent to my Fall Creek, WI address, not my Eau Claire, WI address and his name was listed first so it must have gotten forwarded to himHow would I have been able to "advise you" that I had not received it if I didn't know it existedIt saddens me even after I explained the seriousness of my situation, that your staff was so rude and heartlessThere are some exceptions in life...but I guess a company like yours is only out for making a buck

Since there was a Security Deposit on the apartment by law we have days to either refund the deposit plus interest or send an itemized statement of chargesIf the Resident(s) does not receive anything we would expect them to contact our office so that we may send a duplicate outWe did send out a Final Account Statement on September 18th, Due to the fact that it was stated to *** that the cat had been left in the unit without a litter box and there was damage already done, it would be very likely that there would be charges with a balance dueWe cannot get in the middle of personal issues between joint LeaseholdersIf *** could not contact *** she certainly could have contacted our officeOur company is not out "to make a buck", we treat everyone the same in accordance with our Lease Agreement
