claimed that the Call Center quote them a price of $150 for a job which was 1/3 -of our truck loads (2-pickup trucks). Our cost for this job would normally be $258.
I did follow-up with the call center and they said the job was booked online and no one had spoken with the customers. We did honor the $150 price and took all of the customers household items.
MY DRIVER/NAVIGATORS
My Driver/Navigators said that the customer operated the garage door opener during their time on the premises. They further said that at no time did they touch the garage door open or come in contact with the garage door chain. The customer was very augmentative and followed them around; watching their every move.
FOLLOW-UP
I did call [redacted] and [redacted] at (317) [redacted] at set up a meeting to see the alleged damage.
Jackie and I arrived at 11:00 AM on Wednesday (03/16/16) and observed the chain dangling down from the garage door opener.
