I ended my contract with Lake Effect Rentals in August 2015. I was having trouble collecting my statements from June-August and I have not received any rent collection payments from those months either. I filed a Revdex.com complaint at the end of August, however while I was waiting to receive documents from them the Revdex.com complaint expired. Since then, I have called Lake Effect Rentals and they refused to talk to me except through Revdex.com. I called Revdex.com 2-3 times after complaint expiring and have been informed that they have communicated with Lake Effect Rentals, yet I still have neither received statements nor payment. Almost a year later, their inexcusable lack of contact or payment has led me to fill out an entirely new complaint.1) I need statements from June-August. 2) I need time to look over those statements and to be able to communicate any errors so that they are corrected in a timely manner. 3) I need payment for those 3 months 4) I need a year-end tax statement (1099)
