The customers statement about calling times, referred to him calling twice in the same day He didn't allow us enough time to respond (We did call and leave a message and then spoke with him) After speaking with Eric and issuing a refund (as you have noted) the Customer sent the following message: "I just wanted to let you know that I contacted Brad (Revdex.com) and told him that this issue has been resolvedHe said the complaint could not be removed but it will show that it was resolved satisfactorilyThank you again for your understandingEric"

We did request a full refund approval through [redacted] back to Richards card but because he filed a claim with [redacted] and a dispute with his credit card company it is now in [redacted]s hands to refund his $24.95.  [redacted] has it under review and they are working with his credit card company.  It...

may take a week or more before he sees a credit or hears from his credit card company/[redacted].  Occasionally when someone contacts us regarding a refund or our 125% guarantee we are able to issue a refund immediately but that is not the case when there is a "dispute" pending.  Just want to share that we have requested a full refund, but it will take time because of Richards claim.
