I am rejecting this response because: Issue has not been resolvedVehicle was leased on 1/4/17, deposit check was cashed on 2/8/when I was told finance company agreed to finance under our contact termsdealer contacted me only because Revdex.com got involvedAfter 2-calls a week for months, I was finally called on 4/7/from "floor manager" who gave me same information I have had already since 2/8/and he assured me everything was okay and that they will pay my lease payments through May due to all this messThey have a finance approval from 2/8/17, however finance company states dealer has FAILED to supply them with the contact and terms we agreed to So as of 4/9/dealer still needs to supply [redacted] Financial with contracts and terms agreed to before they can fund the agreement When this is complete, the coupon book is in my hand to start making lease payments to the finance company I will gladly state the issue has been resolved...until them its back to playing games with this incompetent dealer

I am rejecting this response because: THE STATEMENT IS NOT TRUEI WAS TOLD (AS SHOWS IN ATTACHMENTS) THAT I WOULD BE RECEIVING MY DOWNPAYMENT THE SAME DAY I RETURNED THE CAR ON JUNE MONTANA WAS AWARE AND CONFIRMED A DAY BEFORE AS SHOWN IN THE TEXT MESSAGE JOHN MY COSIGNER AND I BOTH WHERE PRESENT TO SIGN WHEN THE CAR WAS RETURNED AT THAT TIME IS WHEN THEY ASKED FOR PROFF OFF MY PAYMENT BEAUSE BOTH THE FINANCE EMPLOYEE AND THE SALESMEN THOMAS WHERE NO LONGER EMPLOYED THERE, AND THEY HAD NO PROFF OF THE CASH PORTION I HAD PAID ON MAY WHEN I FIRST PURCHASED THE CAR I SHOWED THEM THE CONTRACT AND REMINDED MONTANA SINCE HE WAS THE ONE THERE THE FIRST TIME AND AWARE THAT I COULDNT TAKE THE CAR HOME THAT NIGHT UNTILL I PAID $DOWN THEY SAID IF ANYTHING THEY COULD GO AND LOOK AT THE CAMERAS TO PROVE THE PAYMENTSTHE NEW FINANCE EMPLOYEE KAYLEEN OR KAYLA SAID IN FRONT OF MONTANA HOW SHE WOULD PERSONALLY MAKE SURE THE FULL AMOUNT WAS EXPRESSED MAILED OUT TO ME .DAYS WENT BY AND I WOULD TEXT THEM OR CALL THE DEALERSHIP AND JUST BE TRANSFERRED ONE INCIDENT THE FINANCE GIRL KAYLA ANSWERED ME AND AFTER HEARING ME TRIED TO MTRANSFER ME TO SOMEONE WHO WOULD KNOW ABOIUT MY CASE I REPLIED IN FRUSTRATION THAT THAT WOULD BE HER SINCE SHE WAS THE ONE THAT SAID SHE WOULD PERSONALLY TAKE CARE OF US THE DAY WE RETURNED THE CARI ASKED TO PLEASE SPEAK TO A MANAGER WHICH WAS WHEN JP WHO SAID WAS THE OWNERS SON VERY RUDELY SAID THEY NEEDED TO PUT IN THE REQUEST FOR THE CHECK I TOLD HIM CRYING AND YELLING THAT THAT WAS TO BE DONE OVER WEEKS AGO AND I COULD HEAR HIM GIGGLING AND LAUGHING AT ME IT WAS DAYS OF HEADACHES AND NO MONEY BACK BEFORE I WAS ABEL TO FIND A WAY TO THE DEALERASHIP IN PERSONAT THAT TIME I ARRIVED DURING BUISNESS HOURS AT 3PM AND WAITED FOR HOURS JUST FOR MONTANA TO TELL ME THAT HE COULD RETURN $800.OO TO MY VISA CARD RIGHT NOW BUT THAT JOHN WOULD HAVE TO GO IN PERSON TO AUTHORIZE THE CASH REMAINING PORTION I WAS SO ANGRY AND STARTED CRYING THEIR IN FRONT OF MY KIDS TELLING HIM WHY THEY PUTTING ME THRU THIS JOHN WAS THER AND SIGNED THE DAY WE RETURNED THE CAR HE THAN ASKED FOR JOHN TO EMAIL HIM HIS CONSENT (WHICH WAS ALREADY GIVEN AND SIGNED TO REFUND DOWNPAYMENT) HOURS WAITING AT THE DEALERSHIP HE RESPONDS WITH THE EXCUSE OF IT BEING AFTER BUISNESS HOURS SO HE COULD NOT GIVE ME THE REST OF THE PAYMENT, I FINALLY RECIEVED THE REMAINING BALANCE OF $ON AUGUST THAT IS 47 DAYS LATER AFTER LEAVING ME WITH NO CAR AND NONE OF MY MONEY TO PURCHASE ANOTHER WHICH HAS LEAD ME TO LOOSE MY JOB BECAUSE I HAD NO TRANSPORTATION OR MONEY TO CALL A UBER SO MUCH STRESS AND ANXIETY ATTACKS I JUST DONT WANT ANYBODY ELSE TO GO THRU THIS

YesOnly we purchased the truck in September and are way overdue for plates because the dealership did not file paperwork and fees with DMV until we threatened them with a lawsuit yesterday to make them do itAs a result of this USAA did not get title and we did not get plates or registrationThe matter is not closed until we get plates and USAA tells us they have title that is owed to themJust because they say it’s closed doesn’t make it soWe would have preferred to just get the items due to us without issue and not several months past due

We received a copy of your complaint , and apologize any confusion surrounding your visit at Lake Elsinore CDJR. Please be assured the advertisement for this vehicle was never intended to in anyway be interpreted as misleading. We are puzzled at you claim that any Manager insisted the price...

was $ 4,000.00, or that you were in anyway compelled to purchase any additional items. The term “low miles” is purely subjective. We believe that any reasonable person would assume that any vehicle for sale for $1,995.00 would not be a late model ( this vehicle is 15 years old), and may have many miles on the odometer.
At the time of your visit, the vehicle could not be delivered to you only because we discovered a failure in the vehicle’s Catalytic converter,: and because of the age of this 15 year old vehicle, it has taken us several days to locate a catalytic converter replacement.
As of now, the vehicle is being held in your name until 12:00 noon this Friday, Sept. 2nd 2016.
We invite you to purchase this vehicle for the advertised price of $1,995.00. plus tax and govt. fees.
