Hello,Since we are both missing each other on the phone, I figured I would email you.First I have not received any correspondence from the Revdex.com Not sure where it was lostSo your voicemail was where I picked up the complaint id and the name of the customerSo I am going off our notes as I do
not have anything to look at from you at this moment.Anyways, the customers mower has more issues than originally estimated Original estimate included new engine bail cable, carburetor (damaged beyond repair) and tune upAmount estimated was $170.As we worked further on the unit we found the engine has a valve that is sticking This will require more labor and parts beyond what the unit is worth Customer wants us to fix it completely for amount estimated which does not include the additional problem, we obviously, do not The customers unit has been reassembled in the condition it came in We are not asking for payment for labor and for the parts we purchased for the repair of the unit (cable and carburetor) We are absorbing that ourselves.To reach a resolution, I would propose a comparable used lawn mower that has been tuned up We have several that we currently are prepping for resale Prices range from $to $ Would be a bit of a cost savings too.
