Review: claim to be recently remodeled , however the wallpaper is peeling off the walls in certain rooms , my ac was not working . there was a cigarette butt in my room for 4 days until I finally picked it up off the floor no toilet paper or soap in the room I had to go and request it. after the first night we requested a refund because of the conditions of the room and we were denied. I guess if you pay a week in advance check the room first. also the microwave and refrigerator did not work.not to mention there is constant partying going on making it hard to get to sleep. and there was 20 dollars missing from my room. there is an employee living in the back . awful conditions, especially for the price. last but not least they advertise wifi but there is only wifi in the office where the owners are always at and make it feel like that is there room and the guests should not enter if they need privacy. 0.5/ 5 stars , and lets not even get started on the type of people coming in and out of thereDesired Settlement: that they are inspected for false advertisement

Review: I purchased a hotel on price line for 61.53 to stay at the lake eroe lodge on match 18th upon arrive they said price line screwed up and I had to pay 73.43 after paying AGAIN I went and called price line telling them my problem..they said everything was good on there end and lake Erie lodge should never of charged us the second time..I have been trying to resolve this with the hotel I call on April 18 like I as told to (he wasn't there) again on the 28th like I was told ( he wasn't there) and again last week and he was to busy to deal with me..called again yesterday and he will not return my moneyDesired Settlement: I just want the money that is owed to me totaling 73.43

Review: The hotel has filthy floors, electrical outlets out of the walls. The wallpaper is ripped off the walls.the comforters and sheets are dirty. The room smells like mildew. The furniture is old and broken down. The manager has a horrible attitude when we asked for our money back he would not give us a refund or another room. Walls and bathroom was dirty and carpet was filthy. Will never stay here again. Want a refundDesired Settlement: Want a refund. Need the manager to learn better customer service skills and fix his hotel rooms by getting new carpet, clean the rooms and comforters and sheets thoroughly. update the furniture and major repairs in the room.
