I have enclosed a picture of the "nasty" message that Justin M*** claims I sent himI also have proof from 3M that the type of vinyl used for my wrap is not meant for such applicationI also have proof of Justin M*** calling me a "*** ***" on social media after I asked him for my money backI sent a polite text message to MrM*** as I have submitted, in which his response was to never contact him againI also have proof of other snowmobiles that he has used this same vinyl on that also has missing pissing of the wrapThis vinyl is not correct for SnowmobileI have used many different wrap companies in the past and have never had any issues especially with a wrap peeling within miles of its first rideMrM*** never once said to me that if he didn't install the wrap that he wouldn't stand behind his productHe has put out lies after lies and even his first paragraph in his arguement against me in this claim, where he states that I would smash his business on social media before he even designed the wrap for meWe did agree on the whole "drama" thing with a friend of his, in which his friend Alex R** texted me and apologized for the whole argument saying it was wrong for him to say anything and he blew it way out of proportionI have proof of that as wellThis wrap MrM*** made for me was not of quality as he described his wraps and thus cheaper vinyl was used that is meant for screen printing T shirts and vehicle stickersThat being said the low quality product he used for my snowmobile began to peel off within miles on the first ride on my snowmobileI have so much proof, so many pictures, and complaints from other customers of his due to this same problemNo threatening remarks were made by meAgain, I would like a full refund as the wrong product was used for my snowmobile as again I have proof from 3m, and the wrap itself peeled off within miles.

The customer, *** ***, did order a vinyl snowmobile wrap from my company after a feud with one of my friendsHe still asked that I do the work for him while mentioning on social media that he would bash my company for "bad business" if I did notOn an email agreement that he would not
bring up any drama between my company and my friend he had disagreements with I decided to do the design for himI also did not want him to speak badly of my company on social mediaI inform all of my customers prior to purchase, as well as have it posted on my webpage that I am NOT responsible for anything that happens to the snowmobile wrap after purchase if it is NOT installed by me personally*** *** unfortunately did not have it installed by me using the proper high quality 3M products that I use which resulted in the vinyl wrap peeling off of the plasticI have worked with many different types of vinyl over the many years I've been designing vinyl wraps and also purchasing from other companiesIn my professional and personal experience, the vinyl that I use is the best suited for the type of work I sellOther thicker vinyl with a heavy clear coat will crack in the cold and harsh conditions of the winterI'm not sure when *** *** became a vinyl expert but his claim that I did not use the proper vinyl for the purpose of snowmobiles is incorrectI have many many happy customers who have never had any of the problems that *** *** claims to have hadI went above and beyond for this customer who I gave 2015/pricing for ($vs the new 2016/pricing of $600), did not charge shipping, sent two additional pieces on top of the original vinyl wrap at no charge due to installation error and answered numerous text messages and phone callsWhen I received rude and nasty text message last Sunday (12/**/16) demanding that "something needs to be done" and that my vinyl "has zero glue on it and I'm disgusted" and "I will spread the word about your business" I explained to him that this sale is final when not installed by myself and politely asked him not to contact me about this matter anymoreWithin minutes there were many social media posts on every snowmobile page where *** *** was bashing me personally and my businessThe next day he contacted me again multiple times demanding that I "make this right" and give him his "hard earned money back." He also threatened a law suit and reporting me to the *** based on his claims that I do not pay taxesI pay both sales tax and income tax on my services and salesDespite the fact that my policy is that I no longer cover the vinyl if not installed by me I would have been willing to make an exception for *** *** to keep good ties with the publicHe however did not give me that opportunity with his quick temper when him and his friends acted me like bullies and d ecided to bash me, my wife, my work and my company making what he did irreversible, reaching tens of thousands of potential customers on the internetAs a business owner, I have the right to refuse customers and with *** *** that is what I have chosen

I do not have time either to be dealing with someone who has been ripping customers off. I am no vinyl expert and neither are you apparently because right on 3M's website it says that the vinyl you used is for screen printing in big huge red letters. It is not meant for snowmobile wraps. It is simply a decal used for screen printing and for Vehicle(not snowmobile) Graphics. I used someone who you have recommended in the past to customers and who you personally said does a great job and who you actually wanted him to install wraps for you so please knock it off with the lies and saying you don't cover this installers work. Even installs you have done have peeled off including your own fathers sled so just stop with the non sense. This is horrible business and you should not be allowed to operate a business. Everyone knows that last month in old forge at Snodeo you were talking to a different vendor about printing your wraps for you because you know how bad the quality of your vinyl is. So don't sit here and tell me you use the "best of the best" when in fact you are actually trying to find someone else to print your wraps for you. Please return my money that you scammed me out of and end this non sense. Hopefully the Revdex.com can see that Lake FX is not standing by his product. I am one of around 15 people that I have talked to that have said the same thing about your wraps. "They are junk and fly right off the sled." This includes snowmobile mechanics from Seymours ski Doo dealership.

Attached is my policy on buying a wrap from us. We have always stated that we are not responsible for Installs that we ourselves do not complete. I do not have the time going back and forth on Revdex.com with [redacted]. He is not a Professional in the vinyl  industry. His statement that I use vinyl meant for screen printing means it is meant to be print on with out 60" vinyl printer , Not screen printing T-shirts as [redacted] believes. All of [redacted]s statements are completely invalid.   Thank you    Lake FX graphics
