Lake Geneva Heating & Cooling

On June 22 We along with our neighbor discovered our

2 A/C units were not working. She called Lake Geneva Heating and Cooling, contacting [redacted]. [redacted]

came out and after a few minutes looking at each

unit said that he needed to change out the condenser fan motors as they were bad. We did not see or talk to him as we were gone that day. 3 days later he returned and replaced the condenser fan motors but did not talk to my neighbor or us as again we were out for the day. Several days later his secretary called for our addresses so she could send out a bill.

We left on a two week trip on July 8th and on July 16th my

neighbor called us and said that she had to enter our unit

to shut down the air conditioner as the condenser fan motor was banging and a making a terrible noise. The noise could also be heard across the street from our home. My husband called [redacted] and reported the problem.

Finally on Monday July 22 [redacted] returned to replace or fix the problem. My husband told him to call when he was going to arrive as he wanted to speak with [redacted]. [redacted] called and said he would be at our condo in about 1/2 hour and apparently was but never came to the door, and my husband did not see him until he was driving away. My husband then called him again and asked him to come back and explain what happened and what he had done but 3 1/2 days later we have not heard from him. We don't think it is reasonable that work is done on a home without the owner or the owner's representative being present.
