I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowNo matter if it's under new management the business name DID NOT change obviously you still work there and remember the situation and are the person who took the complaint last year who stated to both of us that you would be booked for the dinner cruise at this timeWhich is a LIE BECAUSE YOU CAN STILL BUY TICKETS AND WE WERE TOLD LAST YEAR THAT IF THEY WERE AVAILABLE THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN!! SO PLEASE UPGRADE THE TICKETS AT NO COST SINCE WE WERE LIED TO SINCE LAST YEAR! I WILL NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING ELSE!AND DON'T TELL MY MY ACCUSATIONS ARE WRONGYOU AND YOUR COMPANY ARE VERY INCOMPETENT WITH THIS WHOLE SITUATION!! Regards, [redacted] **
