Dear ***,I recently learned that the [redacted] owner of [redacted] filed a complaint with the "Revdex.com", against my companyHe owes me $from work I performed there.I was hired by him as an electrician to FINISH all the wiring on his remodel as set forth in our original agrreement, but he began adding on jobs that I had not written into our original agreement.I drew up a revision to the original as described under "Terms Conditions" of the signed agreement to include these chargesI presented [redacted] with the revised contract but after reading it refused to acknowledge this revision folded it up and returned it to the envelope, laid it down upon the window sillI completed that day working gathered all my tools and went home and deceided I would not invest any more time or money into the project for fear of getting taken advantage ofI waited to get paid before I would do any moreHe emailed me derogatory messages so I cut all communcation with himI then sent him a letter of intent to file a lein to both his place of business [redacted] and [redacted] as explained in the original contractNow he tells me he changed ownersihp of that property to someone else and not to sent it to his known place of businessI also hired another licensed Electrical Contractor who personally witnessed and tried to reason against [redacted] 's attitude in demanding that I get a ruinspection even when there was no kitchen ceiling framing installed to attach the wiring to.1) I worked for [redacted] and he refuses to pay me for materials and labor I put into that house2) He needs to make IBI aware that the house was improperly wired violation NEC and to remove my permit to any liability resulting from that unsafe condition and also making any future occupant aware of the situation before moving in3) [redacted] owes me $4195.00Thanks again for your business"Keeping you and your family safe"KY ME64010KY CE64432OH 46738Terry ***Limitless Electric LLC Wedgewood DrIndependence, KY (859) 525-

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Terry's response is unacceptable. He wants to be paid for work not done and he fails to acknowledge his breach of contract. See the attached documents for a detailed review of circumstances. Limitless Electric agreed to "finish" all wiring for a price not to exceed $6,500. He failed to do that. He was unable to get a rough in inspection because of his slow incomplete work. After a month of working intermittently on the job his workers both quit . At this point Terry fabricated a breach of contract on my part and refused to do any work. This forced me to hire another electrician to finish the job. *** *** was able to quickly solve all the issues Terry was only able to talk about. Then *** *** quickly got the needed IBI Rough In Inspection so I could continue on with the balance of my project. Terry assumes all questions are a personal attach on his character. He does not answer calls or communicate on the phone. He writes emails full of claims and assumed wrongs that never happened. You will be able to see from the attached documents I have always treated Terry professionally. I have tried to get him to mediate or differences on three occasions. He does not want an objective review of the facts. He only wants paid for work not done. Terry did agree to provide a Unconditional Lien Waiver in exchange for an additional payment of $1,versus the $4,billed. But as can be seen by his email on page he changed his mind and demanded payment in full. At this point I filed the Revdex.com complaint hoping a review of the facts by Terry would help him see where his inability to communicate clearly and his painfully slow pace of work created this situation. I am still willing to pay Terry the $1,we agreed to for an Unconditional Lien Waiver. I feel that payment plus the $1,I have already paid him is a fair resolution to this issue
