Took our dog in for a visit last year & were over-billed. Reached out via e-mail explaining the issue yet was ignored.
Over-billed last visit for Electrolytes @ 49.50 each x 2. My boyfriend inquired if our dog needed Electrolytes & vet replied "no, he's not dehydrated". However, bill reflects two charges for this! Reached out via e-mail within 24 hrs to specify discrepancy, yet was ignored. Bad business on their behalf as we haven't returned since & won't be returning. Bill total was $610.51. Invoice #***.
Obviously a refund is needed.
We check all of our charts for mistakes everyday and this mistake was caught on July 1, 2019. We tried to contact the client to inform of the mistake and credit on their account but the mailbox for the phone number given was full. We did not receive an email. We would be happy to write them a check of the credited amount of $49.50. We do need an updated address where to send the check. I have included as an attachment, the first invoice(already fixed error), the invoice that shows the product removal and the credit on the account, and the medical record where we tried to contact the client explaining the mistake
