Lake Meadows Training Stables

Review: Owner of training stables fails to deliver contracted services to include feeding of horses and providing adequate water access during weekdays. Owner keeps animals in unsanitary and dangerous conditions. Owner does not provide adequate fencing for livestock and does not turn on electric fence on a regular basis to keep horses safe. Owners property smells of marijuana smoke frequently. Ow we of stable does not repay or respond to messages requesting a refund for breach of contract. Dangerous, reckless environment and business practices for boarding clients and animals on property. Consistent service and response to complaints are nonexistent.Desired Settlement: I would like my $1460 dollars for 4 months of boarding returned plus $90 for extra feeding service returned. $1550 is owed back to me for services not rendered and breach of contract. Owner is avoiding me and the contact efforts I have made requesting refund. I excluded a 30 day notice that technically I do not have to give for breaching this contract.
