Received an estimate and after starting my procedure and was half way through the process they presented me with additional charges of $3, On March 21st I went to my appointment for an evaluation with Dr [redacted] upon request from my dentist Dr [redacted] After initial examination and Xray (Panoramic film) I was given the steps needed to follow and an estimate with the breakdown of all steps and what insurance coveredAfter careful review with the office manager to make sure I fully understand I agreed to move forward and I was asked to sign the estimate along with other documents and pay my portion of the bill, which I didOn March 27th I went for the next phase of my procedure and after competition made my payment again and scheduled our next step for the follow up on September 11th, Upon my arrival for this appointment the office manager presented me with more paperwork and looking at it I noticed the charges did not reflect our initial estimate however she insist

Sent me a bill from Dr Brad L***I called on September 2nd and left a voicemail canceling my appointment and they sent me a bill for $ On September 2nd I tried to cancel an appointment using there voicemail and they sent me a BILL for $When I called on February to confront them I got no answerI stated on their voicemail that if I didn't hear from anyone in their office within two hours that I would come into there office upset because I had to drive so far just to talk to someoneThey sent the POLICE to my home with GUNS drawn on meNo arrest was madeI think this was harassment
