I am going to make sure that I write a post on every Review possible to ensure that this never happens to a patient again what this practice did to meGiven my experience here I rate this practice poor, mistreatment of patients, excuses, disorganized, and ongoing mistakes that are never resolved and taken accountable by this practiceThe manager is not fit for this positionThe only person that I can say was kind was Marco Castellini, DDS Let me explain my first office visit was minutes late before I was seen for a cleaningOnce seen the tech told me that I need complete x-rays of my teeth which I asked if this would be covered in full by my insurance she verified and said yes so I then accepted the examDuring the appointment they stopped in between my cleaning to market whitening and other promotions? I informed her that I was interested in fluoride and whitening earlier but in the middle of my cleaning? Then I saw the Dentist for minutes, then tech continued cleaning, then they wanted to switch me to another chair since they were running behind to do the fluoride and impressions (I was like ok!?)When the tech came in to do the impressions..it never happened because another Dentist who was rude and unprofessional told the tech there was another patient waiting for her and she needed to go do it in front of meNever mind that I was a patient waiting to be treated (rude and disrespectful)I told her that I had to leave because I was disgusted at that point the way I had been treatedTrying to give this practice another chance since my Dentist didn't treat me bad I went again explained to him what happened and said that day you didn't go over my x-rays to see if I had cavities or not? and get the fluoride and the impressionsHe apologized, but come to find out this practice sent me a bill for the x-ray exam that was supposedly covered by my insurance months later (remember earlier what the tech verified for me)?? Went in on a third appt to speak with dentist aboutt this which was resched(because the day that I went in for it they gave me an appt a day the Dentist was not there!?) Finally saw the doctor for a month cleaning a few days after a day he was there to talk to him and the manager that never gets back to meThe Dentist apologized again and said that it would be taken care of the manager said otherwise and I told her I would never come back here after the way I've been treated hereI refrained from posting anything until now when I got a creditor in the mail stating to collect the fee for the exam that they confirmed was going to be covered by my insurance, but not anymore! I wasn't taken care of by this practice I was mistreated and lied to as a patient most importantly I was ignored no one deserves to be treated this way A practice takes accountability for their actions and diffuses a situation not ignore it or make it worseThis practice really needs to revamp what they are trying to accomplish for patients because I was a patient and they failed

Once seen the tech told me that I need complete x-rays of my teeth which I asked if this would be covered in full by my insurance she verified and said yes so I then accepted the exam. The Dentist apologized again and said that it would be taken care of the manager said otherwise and I told her I would never come back here after the way I've been treated here. A practice takes accountability for their actions and diffuses a situation not ignore it or make it worse. This practice really needs to revamp what they are trying to accomplish for patients because I was a patient and they failed.
