Trying to send a simple arrangement to a sick colleague should not be this difficultWe left a message to have the delivery confirmed and to request a receipt, no replyThe following day our colleague called to say the flowers were delivered at 8:PM and they were wilted, not to pay for themAn 8PM delivery is unacceptable as is delivering dead flowersWhen I called today the person I spoke with said they would NOT refund our money because "Tulips don't last very long and it was cold out so the delivery person probably had the heat on." REALLY? I told her this was not an acceptable excuse and asked when the owner would be inI was told FridayI proceeded to tell her that if the flowers they advertise cannot be delivered ON TIME and NOT WILTED, they should not offer themShe promptly told me to call on Friday and talk to the owner and she hung up on meI can honestly say to anyone reading this ...I DO NOT recommend this FloristDead Flowers, poor customer service and rude responsestrikes

I ordered flowers for valentines for my husband to be delivered to his jobsite before 3pm (as that is the time he leaves) they knew this prior and guaranteed the arrangement and balloons would be delivered Husband left the jobsite at 3:without arrangements and or balloons as they were never delivered They were paid upfront with a CC and continue to give me a run around about paying me back via CC or check Would like to have my refund asap They will not answer their phone, only email and continue to give me a run around about refunding my money I call and email daily to get resolved
