To: Revdex.comUpon researching the issue/complaint made to Star Subaru, the customer stated that on (2) occasions the car had (2) two flash firesThe action(s) that were taken by Star Subaru are as follows:1) The general manager of the showroom involved the service deptconcerning the issue brought by customer [redacted] , since this would be a service issue The service manager met with the customer at service deptand the customer was told that Subaru of America was getting involved to have vehicle in question ( subaru wrx) looked at and inspected for any safety issue(s).2) Subaru of America sent (2) two regional field technicians : MrJim C [redacted] and MrRC***The customers vehicle was being looked at for (2days)The first day driven extensively by the technicians and the second day look at car entirelyThe regional technicians found nothing wrong with the car whatsoever during the 2daysNo evidence of any type of safety issues and nothing to show that flash fires have taken placeThe customer was told of this and Subaru of America was told of this as well and that subaru of America will not take back the car

C[redacted]. The customers vehicle was being looked at for (2days). The first day driven extensively by the technicians and the second day look at car entirely. The regional technicians found nothing wrong with the car whatsoever during the 2days. No evidence of any type of safety issues and nothing to show that flash fires have taken place. The customer was told of this and Subaru of America was told of this as well and that subaru of America will not take back the car.
