This rental management was by far the WORST experience we have ever had with a companyWe had a night/day stay on July 17th, 2014-July 20th, We were contacted the morning OF our vacation that our house was double booked and that she was doing what she could to get us into a hotelWe had guests coming in from all over and we ended up getting hotel rooms big enough for maybe guest to sleep in? We were told that Saturday morning we would be able to move into a different house and stay there until Sunday evening at 6:pmWell we had to check out of the hotel at 11:am on Friday (She called the hotel and asked if we could pro-long our stay there so they could get a house readywe didn't come to the lake to be at a hotel, we came to be near the lake)The hotel went over and beyond their duties to make our stay as best as they could but at the same time, VERY frustratingWe show up to the house that we had to drive to on Friday for our boat rental because that is the ONLY address we were ever given for any type of houseShe then did not answer the door for about minutes and said that we must have been "adamant" to come to that home even though she was going to put us at a different house? We told her we were not going to drive around until we heard from her because phone calls had been made with NO responseWhen she finally answered the door she said we could hang out outside until the house was ready (the previous renters had destroyed the home apparently, which they had voiced their frustrations about her as well when we were there for the boat)At 3:pm on Saturday she finally tells us that we can sign the papers to stay thereShe tells us as were signing the papers that most companies would not even try to find something else and that she was doing us a huge favorWe asked her why were not contacted atleast the night before our vacation (which she did not answer or respond to text then either) that the hotel was double bookedShe said she did not want to devastate us and thought the morning of would be betterThat let us know that she already knew and did not even tell usWhen we were asked how our stay was at the hotel from her our response was "We made the most out of the situation" and she INSTANTLY got defensive with a comment of "What is that supposed to mean?" Pulled one of our guest the side and said she did not "Appreciate" his comment about thatShe told us she would give us minutes to sign the papers or we just would not stay there when we were trying to tell her how our experience had been thus farWe finally were able to stay after she made us wait an hour I guess for someone else to be there with her for us to sign the papers and we finally got to stayShe said she was being gracious by letting us use sheets on the bed? Long story but this was the WORST customer service we have all ever witnessedPlease feel free to contact us by email or phone if you need any further information but this lady should not be able to run a business like thatMost unbelievable experience we have had
