Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]
Dear Sir/Madam,Mr H[redacted] states, neither he nor me examined the coat, but I did thoroughly inspect it myself few times before I gave it to him, I removed it from the case I keep it in, checked the pockets, checked the buttons, took off the belt and looked through the dirty spots that needed to be cleaned. And the burn was not there. My husband, my friends may tell you the same. Furthermore, my colleagues, family and friends all know me as the neatest, honest and most organized person. The coat have never ever been cleaned before and I had it for 3 years, and it clearly had been cleaned by them: the fur is clearly clean and fluffy; you may smell some kind of detergent of fresh scent, and that is no way one of my perfumes as the CEO stated. Furthermore, I am a smoker, and fur has the tendency to absorb smoke smell (mine did, and that was the main reason for dry cleaning - the odor, otherwise I wouldn't), and after it was returned to me it didn’t have that smell anymore.I strongly believe they either started cleaning it, and then something fell and spilled, you may see a round shape like from a bottle or a can on it! And decided to falsely accuse me in giving the damaged item, though the damage has been made when it was at their premises, and now not admitting their fault. The fact none of their employees noticed it for 10 days they had it, proves it was simply not there when I gave it.The CEO took the coat back and as he says, he took it to the company who had to clean it for him to talk to them ([redacted] [redacted]), and they've stated to him they never cleaned it because of the damage.I went to get the coat back myself on 11/**/2015 and I noticed they've tried to fix it (iron or something, it has the smell of a steamer or iron!).I requested the receipt from Jung's company. The receipt has an Inspection and a Remark section, and none of the listed damages have been marked by them, neither any notes nor remarks about the burn on the back, which means to me those cleaners did not notice any damage and may have cleaned the coat. While on the way back to On the Marc Dry Cleaners it may have been damaged by whoever was carrying it, I would assume. Only on the bottom of the receipt it says - burn damage - back (in different handwriting than the one who filled out the form). Their receipt is also attached.11/**/2015 I contacted the Jung's Company over the phone. The Jung's representative was behaving rude and nervous, and was not willing to accommodate and confirm if they cleaned the coat or not. He explained to me that if the coat would have been damaged, they wouldn't clean it and would send it back. But I believe, they should have had a mark on their own receipt copy if it was cleaned or returned for any reason. After several requests, he was able to pull out their copy of the receipt and the gentlemen told me he doesn't know if the coat had been cleaned or not, according to their receipt there were no notes, their receipt doesn't say about the damage either. Also he refused to provide their DCA license number, since I was not their client and told me I had to deal with the Dry Cleaner company at which I ordered the service initially.I have recorded the full conversation on the phone with Jung's representative, stating he is not sure if it was cleaned or not.Since there is no prove for me if it was cleaned or not, only my personal observation - clean fluffy fur and fresh scent, I would like a third party to determine if it was cleaned or not. I agree to send it to the dry cleaners lab. Also I am not sure how exactly the burn appeared on the coat - was it from dry clean or was it mistreated on the way there or while kept at their office, but I am 100% sure it happened after Mr H[redacted] took it from me on 10/**/2015 and while it was at his possession. And he is the person responsible for the damage.Best Regards, [redacted]

In reference to the claim by [redacted], I have already responded. I explained to [redacted] that I do not clean leathers or for that matter anything in my store. I run a dry cleaning drop store. It was clearly explained that I would be giving it out to my leather cleaning specialists at Jungs leather cleaners. She was aware that I was picking up on Monday so it would go out that afternoon and not come back for a full week. When it did come back it went back to her on the next delivery Wed eve. That is 10 days that has no bearing on any of the facts whether the coat was dry cleaned. Just to repeat again I discussed this issue with my rep Mr. Dustin K** at Jungs and he showed me why the coat was not cleaned that being the tags being in pristine shape, the coat still not clean in general and the fur still having a perfume smell. He explained how he took it to the factory and they inspected it before touching it and when they discovered the bu rn they marked the receipt and waited for Mr K** to return it to me. I welcome the results from the independent lab that [redacted] will send the coat to . Thanks Marc

[Your Answer Here]I am not aware of how the burn appeared on my coat, but I am sure it was in perfect shape and condition when I gave it to the dry cleaners. The attitude of Mr Marc to this problem is truly disappointing. He has no prove I gave it to him with the damage already. This is a common sense, the dry cleaners must inspect the goods when they take orders from clients. And it is very disappointing, businesses who disrespect the client and do not accept their own mistake exist. Again, I have a recorded call with the leather cleaners, where the gentleman clearly told me his papers for some reason don't say, if the coat was cleaned or not. There is no parfume scent on it, as Mr Marc is claiming. As for the tags nit shrinken, they are not shrunken on either of the jackets I gave him to clean, and it does not prove whether it had been damaged by them or not.Regards, [redacted]

On 10/**/2015 I personally went to [redacted] residence to pick up a leather jacket , and a long shearling jacket. I explained to [redacted] that I do not clean leather items and would be giving it to my outside leather cleaning source later that day. I explained the cleaning goes out on Monday and...

comes back the following Monday.Neither [redacted] nor I examined the items before I collected them. That afternoon Mr. Dustin K** From Jungs Leather Cleaning Specialists picked up the stated coat for cleaning. The following Monday the [redacted] Mr K** brought the coat back to me stating it wasn't cleaned as the coat came in with a burn damage on the back bottom. He showed me that the coat was never touched or cleaned with the following signs. There are two tags put in the coat one by me and one by Jungs. When they go thru the machines the tags come out shriveled and worn out. The two tags on this coat are in pristine condition. Secondly the coat has a distinct perfume( not dry cleaning odor) on the fur. The scent is from ladies perfume. Thirdly the coat if it had gone thru a dry cleaning would be clean condition. This coat is not clean there is still plenty of dirty areas that would have come clean had it been put thru the machine. I am very sorry that she has this problem with this coat but it is very clear that we did not do anything to burn this coat. She is now accusing me of lying and defaming my excellent reputation. I now wonder if she is lying and trying to pull a fast one on me with a old previously damaged coat. If I had to guess the damage probably occurred last season before she put it away for the winter, when she leaned against a radiator or possibly spilled something on it without realizing she did the damage. Thanks Marc
