We had hail damage to our home from a storm a few months ago. We had called another company to come out to give us an estimate and when he came said he would have to come back another day because it was too hot to go up on the roof. After waiting for over a week, we didn't hear anything back from them. In the meantime, we starting seeing Stembridge Roofing signs all over the neighborhood and decided to give him a call. The day that he came out, the temperature was about 98 degrees, but without hesitation, he took his ladder off the truck and climbed on the roof. He came out a second time and met with the adjuster and got the ball rolling. From start to finish, it was a very good experience. Mr.Stembridge was very professional, as were his workers, who completed the job in 1 day and cleaned up everything. He came back several time to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. The workers mistakenly broke one of the flood lights and he wasn't satisfied until he replaced the light.
