Took our 2010 Lancer in for service including a blower motor recall, ABS light issues and a window re-tint. Service Advisor Joe L went to great lengths to explain the possible causes and potential cost and the car was returned with all the work completed and spotlessly clean. The repairs were all covered under warranty to our surprise (except the re-tint) and Joe has taken pictures of some body paintwork deterioration that may also be covered.
Joe's friendliness and customer first attitude have ensured that we will keep coming back to this dealer for service and our next car will be another Mitsubishi.
