To Whom it Concerns at the Revdex.com, [redacted] moved into one of our motel rooms, # [redacted] on 10/14/We work with the City Of Lake Elsinore Crime Free Program, Due to the amount of drug use that has been associated with our motel rentals, we worked with the police to try to stay on top of this problem_ We no longer rent rooms the past year by the month_ We do however charge them weekly rates discounted if they are planning to stay longer than a couple weeks or monthThis rate is $based on a week compared to a rate of $per week_ This is a motel and not a permanent place to liveIf we have any problems we can have them leave when their rent is upThis is not the first time we have had issues with himHe moved in on 10/14/and he paid the first week which was $this paid him till the 10/21/16, at 11:am, at which time he paid for another week at $This paid him till 10128/at 11:am_ This is check out time, and we told him as well as gave him an exit letter, which I will attached that we would not be extending his stayAs you can see we owe him nothing he stayed till all his days were given to himThe child had nothing to do with this issue, this is his excuseThe issue was with my assistant manager [redacted] who had been trying to speak with another guest in the motel, when he came out jumping and screaming and interfering in park businessShe asked [redacted] to go back to his room and not get involved in park business and he continued to carry onOur maintenance man, [redacted] ***, was there to verify

They moved into our Rv park on 2/10/16. They paid $1300.00 to move in. $800.00 was rent and $500.00 was a deposit, NOT a $1300.00...

deposit. They were here 20 days and rent was due on the first of March for March rent. They were given a credit of ( $240.03) and owed $559.97 for the rest of the month of March $800.00 total rent. After the 7th of March we give a 3 day notice to pay rent or quit. I did not give them a notice at that time till I was able to contact them since they just had moved in.They avoided coming in the office. I had tried calling with no answer, I did leave a voice mail and I had employees go to the home several times although there was a vechile present at the home, there was no one to answer the door. On the 30th I finally reached her by phone and told her her rent was past due and she said she would be right over to the office. When she came to office she stated her hours had been cut at work. Her boyfriend did not have a job since they moved in. and he was going to start a job. I told her that I could not keep her in the park with no money being paid. I gave her a 72 hours to pay or quit. My assisant was in the office when she came in and can verify the entire conversation. They have a balance owing us of $559.97 for rent the month of March and they have a deposit of $500.00 as well as $8.00 overage paid for background check. Making a total of $508.00 on there part. They owe to us a balance of $51.87. They left the place a mess I had 2 of our house keeping staff there for 7 hours to clean at $10.00 each per hour. is a total $140.00. We owe them nothing. This is a business not a non profit organization.
We do not shut off water on anyones space as we would have to shut down the water to the entire park.

This rate is $200.00 based on a week compared to a rate of $330.00 per week_ This is a motel and not a permanent place to live. If we have any problems we can have them leave when their rent is up. This is not the first time we have had issues with him. He moved in on 10/14/16 and he paid the first week which was $200.00 this paid him till the 10/21/16, at 11:00 am, at which time he paid for another week at $200.00.
