Review: I decided to try this new restaurant and pulled my car into the parking lot and parked it. As I proceeded to walk in, an attendant ran to me and asked for my car keys and said valet parking is free and handed me a ticket. When I came out, I gave him my ticket which CLEARLY states FREE PARKING (I still have it) and gave him $1.00 tip.He then told me that the Valet charge was $2.00.I reminded him he told me the parking was Free and my ticket said Free and he said the lot is free but the Valet is $2.00.He showed me a sign on the restaurant that said Free Parking. Tip $2.00He would not give me my keys unless I handed him another $1.00When did the law change stating that a Gratuity is mandatory and a certain amount?Desired Settlement: I want my $2.00 tip returned as I was forced to give it to him in order to get my keys back. I want them to remove the sign that states parking is Free if it not Free or for them to be fined for Illegal advertising and forcing the public to pay for parking or forcing the public to pay for tips.

Review: On 5/*/15, when my husband & I took a few friends to Lake Pavilion Inc. for dinner. The total bill was $336.95 which did not include tips.One of dishes recommended by a waiter, named Jian Wei Z[redacted], was crab with fried rice. In this dish, crab was 6 inch long (I brought leftover home and measured it by ruler. In fact, I still save the crab shell). This crab weighed about 1.5 pounds. The waiter only told me that price of crab was $35 per pound. He did not tell me how many pound the crab weighed. At the end, I was charged $113.50. Another dish recommended by the same waiter was steamed fish. He said that fish was $35 per pound. The fish was cylinder-shaped and about 9 inch long and 1.5 inch wide. This fish weighed less than 1 pound and I was charged $70. I questioned the waiter about the prices and he refused to answer me. I contacted the credit card-[redacted] right away. The issue was not resolved because the bill was signed.Desired Settlement: I believed that I was overcharged by at least $60 for crab & $40 for fish. I was overcharged by at least $100 for these two dishes. On top of that, I had to pay 9% of that for tax and 15% of that for tips. I was overcharged by at least $125.Of course, I was over charged for everything else. I am requesting $125 credit.
