I personally reached out to the patient on 10/28/at PM and left a detailed voicemail asking patient to call and speak with me directly and I would be happy to address her concerns.After we received the final insurance claim on 12/11/2017,we adjusted the balance on the account to make it zero .The current balance on her account is zero.We also adjusted her family balance to zero.(The balance had accumulated because there was no copayments made by patient/family since Jan,2014.Again,we have written off the complete balance on the family account.)Regards,Dr[redacted]

I am writing this letter to complain about a recent the bill that Lakepoint Dental sent to my husband and meIn October 2017, I received a bill from them stating that my husband and I owed them money from procedures done back in We called *** our Dental Insurance and they stated that all these fees are backdated because the dental office never imputed the claims on timeAll these fees would had been covered by the insurance, if the dental office would had done their jobs correctlyMy husband and I always paid what was due for out of pocket the day of the proceduresIt amazes me that this office is charging us for their mistakeThis should’ve been taken care on time, three years ago!!! To whom it may concern,I appreciate your time in reviewing my concerns. This has been a big ordeal for myself and my family. I review my tax statements from the years the years passed and I had save all my co-payments that u have paid in full for all those years in service from Lake Point Dental. The letter that was sent to me in October clearly states that the balance that was due was because the claims were not properly submitted on time by the office staff. I appreciate that as a customer, I do not have to be held responsible by mistakes done by the business that am seeking service from. Once again thank you for you time.
