When I log into my account I cannot reply to it. I hope this email finds it's way to the correct person. I have attached proof that payment was removed on 6-2  & 7-2. I do not have any contract in regards to the automatic payments. I only have the same contract that you have from lake region fitness. May 31, 2015To whom it may concern:I am writing this letter referencing ID # [redacted]. There seems to be some kind of misunderstanding here. Lake Region Fitness receives calls every day and documentation is written down by each employee. The manager takes care of each and every call on a daily...

basis. This problem was taken care of and the membership was canceled on 5/24/16 when the documentation was received. Unfortunately, Lake Region Fitness has not received any emails to date from this complainant. A telephone call was made to the complainant and it has been resolved. Review: I have been a member of the gym for 2 1/2 years. I cancelled my membership back in March I called and spoke to the receptionist to cancel my membership. I was under the impression my membership was cancelled. I was not charged for April and May. Gina L[redacted] failed to cancel my membership and on 6-2-14 she charged my back account $45.00 for a membership for the month of June. I called spoke to Gina on 6-3-14 and told her of the mistake she said she would get back to me tomorrow. She did call me back on 6-4-12 to tell me she will not be refunding my account because I Visited another kickboxing class in the same town. I have not visited the gym in over 6 months I have no intentions of using the membership for the month of June but Gina refuses to refund me. When I did call the gym back Gina was very rude telling me she put my account on hold for financial reasons. she claimed she helped me out. In no way did she do me any favors I have a right to put my account on hold or to cancel it after my contract is up. also told me she will not refund me because I attended the other class in town this is nobody's business especially hers. also said she helped me out by letting my son come to the gym I paid for a full year for my son to attend this gym and cancelled his membership when he joined the wrestling team at school. I would like a full refund for the amount that has been charged to my bank account of $45.00. She obviously has a personal issue with me and I am not sure why. She also accused me of calling and treating her staff at no point did this happen.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $45.00 the amount removed from my account on 6/2/14
