Review: On, September 19, 2013 and October 4, 2013, my son [redacted] had an appointment at this office. When I called to schedule his appointment and when I was in the office that morning I asked both times " If the office was in network with both [redacted] and [redacted]. The person who scheduled the appointment and the women who check us in that day said " Yes, they are in network with his insurance.".Now that the claim has processed with my insurance companies they are trying to bill me for over $700.00.Desired Settlement: I am writing to you today to ask for your help in having this balance written off and remove me from the collection agency. As their employees miss informed me not once but twice.They did receive payment from [redacted] and [redacted].DOS: 9/19/2013[redacted] Allowed $72.00 Paid $72.00 and [redacted] paid $16.30 and would have left me with a $0.00 balance. DOS: 10/4/2013[redacted] Allowed $576.00 Paid $108.20 leaving me with a deductible amount of $467.80 which [redacted] paid and would have left me with a $0.00
