I have been in business for over years, and pride myself on rendering great service to my customersI have never had an issue that I could not resolve with a customer, and I have never had a complaint with the Revdex.comNeedless to say, when I received the complaint of *** *** I was surprisedI
went to *** *** house on a service call that his washing machine was not workingBased on his description of the problem, my inspection of the machine showed that the water level switch was not workingI replaced the switch and the machine workedI then gave *** *** the bill for the repair, which cost $Several weeks later, *** *** called me and said that the machine was not working again and asked me to come that dayI explained to *** *** that I could not come that day as I was booked with repairs all day and told him to call me the next day to rescheduleI never heard back from *** ***If you look at *** *** complaint he said that I made the repair on July 17, and that in “less than a week, the same issue re-occurred”However, in his complaint, he states that he talked to me on August 9th I find it odd that he would say his machine had the same problem a week later, but he did not contact me to almost three weeks laterAs I stated, I pride myself on rendering great service to my customersIn *** *** opinion, he does not believe he received good serviceBecause I believe in keeping my customer’s happy, I will refund the $to *** ***Hopefully that will make him happy and resolve this issueThe check will be sent to him within the next weekSincerely, MrAlberto P*** Al’s Refrigeration Service

but noone has a crystal ball to know the life of any mechanical issues that happen suddenly after monthsWe offeredyou an extended warranty in addition to your complimentary power train warranty that has now expired, but you~declined, When you decline to purchase a warranty you are taking the gamble that nothing will go wrong and youFwifl take your chance and pay for repairs on you Own” IF” neededThe warranty company hopes that you willnever have a problem and that’s how they make their money As tar as any recalls, that would be offered fromthe manufacturerMeaning you’d have to take it to a Pontiac dealership to have it done or see if there’s any~outstanding recallsRecalls are completed at no charga

Review: I am currently buying a 2004 saturn vue, from team lake road auto, [redacted], pa. When I purchased the car it had a noise and their mechanics looked at it and said it was fine. The redid inspection and failed to do any recalls on the vehicle. The steering column was on recall in August of 2014, I purchased the car in October 2014. Also the transmission went out without any signs of going.Desired Settlement: Have the car repaired at no charge
