There was a tent event, I payed $For a bagThere were no signs saying all sales final and/ or no exchangesI had a flannels that was size Luna, when I got home it did not fit it was actually a MediumI went back on 7/16, the girl with pink hair was rude and said all sales final and the day before she said I was an [redacted] On Saturday she said I can give it away.I asked to speak with her boss she said she was the manager and smiled also said she does mot report to anyoneI was looking for a manager she went to talk with Zack the girl that is incharge of clothing, that is her husband ZackHe first said is there anymore shirts than she said no that was not true Zack than said he could not do anything after I said where are the signs that said no returns I did not have a recipe as wellI probably spent with Lakeshore about 35k to 40k this yearShe had no customer skills I myself as a manager I would not talk with a customer with disrespect and would accommodate them to return for future business
