I am rejecting this response because: a previous employee, *** *** has invoiced and charged the September payment as shown on this invoiceLAZ does not provide physical receipts as noted by "*** B."This account originally belonged to my landlordIn September it was switched to my name, during transfer it was paid in fullPayment was taken by *** and invoiced through her employee email addressBeginning in November I started to receive invoices from "LAZ customer service"By contract, auto-pay automatically charges my account and I should not be delinquent. On 2/21/I canceled auto-payment, and paid in full for March According to *** B, physical receipts can only be picked up if paid in personI currently have a valid February tag and March tagLAZ claims I'm still delinquent though I'm still receiving and paying for tags. im requesting LAZ to recover my September payment from ***, provide proof of contract which shows where auto-payment is takenAnd conduct better accounting.

Unfortunately, patrons HOPE to get away with paying the least amount. Your inconvenience could have easily been avoided by selecting to pay the full amount in the beginning, which was available to you. Parking is a business that is no different than any other in that if you want $10 of gas you get $10 of gas, you can't pump $10 and pay $5 and then come back later and say I'll pay the difference now...

I am rejecting this response because: I was charged $8, then an additional $42.89. I could have very easily paid the $4 more for all day since I had already paid more than half of the $12 day rate. Instead they have someone waiting in the parking lot so they can slap a boot on your car and make you pay to take it off or have you towed costing you even more. This business is ripping off people and they shouldn't be getting away with it. You go to a parking garage or airport and you pay at the end because you know how long you parked there. LAZ wants you to guess, they are pretty sure you'll lose track of time so they can hijack your vehicle and make you pay 10 times more than an extra $4.

I am rejecting this response because:That is not a professional response. They just want to argue that they are in the right when they purposely have someone sitting in the lot waiting to boot your car at exactly 2 hours. They don't even wait that long sometimes. Then they charge you more for the parking. How is it an inconvenience to receive the difference prior to leaving the parking lot when you have to pay more to have the boot removed or you get towed at your own expense. They are baiting people and profiting from them knowing they aren't going to be able to pay more if they are at court because you have to stay until you are excused by the judge. You cannot say excuse me judge I'm sorry you are taking so long. I need to be excused to pay the parking meter.  LAZ parking is praying on people. It needs to stop.
