We delivered a boat and wave runner at her dock. We were hired by another company to deliver it to her. We did not charge her anything, the company she ordered through charged her card. Both items were suppose to stay on the outside of her dock,...

and was never suppose to be put in a slip. When we picked them up it was tied up in a slip in the back end. There was a hole in back of the ski when we picked it up from it knocking against the dock continuously since it was put in a clip. Before that the front of the ski was damaged by previous renters. We did not charge her for that issue. She called use about a boat issue we went out there and the boat drove great. The son and father said it was fine she just did not drive it properly. The gas charge was for the amount of gas used while she had the items. She send the items with gas and we charge for gas usage. We did not charge her card the company she rented through charged her card. We were hired by them. We in not no way have her any of her card information. The damage was for $220, and we sent the bill to the company we were hired by, and that company charger her. It is not true that we ever charge without authorization. We charged for gas which is also in our contract.
