The reason this response is not adequate is because the initial issue (and now new request) remains unresolvedMr*** has my phone number, email address, and address and no contact/resolution has been receivedUnfortunately, this seems to be protocol for this organization "Please Wait for a Response" which never comesAnd when you call, nobody is ever availableIt has been more than seven (7) months and after repeated calls and emails this has not yet been resolvedI would like to move forward and get this situation resolved and issued a partial refund (as the reason I bought the product/services was to get the burial plots moved to my name)I have documented everything in my complaint and the organization has yet to contact me (but seemingly will respond to the Revdex.com)I'm beyond frustrated with the organizations poor communication, management, and customer serviceOnce again, I would like the burial plots transferred to my name and a partial refund of the original purchased products/servicesThe extraordinary amount of time and effort put towards this issue remains bafflingThis is not difficult but yet three (3) of their employees *** *** *** *** and *** ***) have not been able to get this done in seven (7) months
If Mr*** can email me the dates when this will be completed and when I will receive my partial refund, I would be most appreciativeUpon receipt of the new deed and refund, I will close the complaint
