Thank you for your letter dated February 7, 2014, regarding [redacted]. This matter was discovered by Lake Vista management prior to receiving your letter. The cleaning charges and the oven damage charges were indeed incorrect. We refunded deposit funds in the amount...
of $390 immediately upon realizing the error and have since confirmed with Mr. [redacted] that he has received the funds.
We truly appreciate this matter being brought to our attention in a timely manner and we sincerely apologize for the oversight and the inconvenience.
Like any of our residents, [redacted] and [redacted] were important to us, and it was our pleasure to serve them during their stay at Lake Vista and to assist [redacted] in his transition to his new home.
