To everyone reading this, I'm going to begin by saying that this is absolutely ridiculousThe flat top was already broken, a knob I tried turning broke off which was not the original problemThis situation happened after I agreed to watch [redacted] 's house for two weeks as a friend not a business owner, pay was never talked aboutMs [redacted] also got a free ride home from the airportI decided after a while of dealing with [redacted] I was sick of the way she would talk down to me and did not want to do business with her any longerNo instructions for the stove were left, [redacted] 's stove is a commercial flat top/stove which I do have three plus years dealing with working in kitchensI never became hostile with Ms [redacted] , our conversations after the dispute were all on text messagesI stated over text I was done working for her [redacted] and I agreed that I would be charging her an hourly rate of $an hour for any handyman work with a flat rate of $to mow her yardWhile installing a fan for her, a piece of drywall was ripped [redacted] was not worried about the drywall that day and paid me for the work completedI would never repair the drywall for free after we agreed to the hourly rate on a retrofit project [redacted] was a great customer/friend at first so no written agreements were made because there was no need [redacted] did pay me in full for the day the fan was installed but not for the work completed after that day [redacted] did not have the right material to finish a couple of jobs that were started and that is why they were left unfinishedSoon after [redacted] returned for her trip I received multiple texts after she knew I was vacationing and that was itI told her I was done working for herA lien should be put on [redacted] 's house but I would like to resolve this the most peaceful way possible Samuel J S***

Remove all photos of owner property on business web site and Facebook that were obtained by business owner without written permission to postProperty owner discussed possible photographic documentation of work projects for business owner to consider for posting but only with photographs personally taken by the property owner complete drywall ceiling repair and ceiling fan re- installation to original operating condition as promised in original handyman service provided and paid (see attached photograph) Restore original operation of ceiling light closet fixture that was dismantled by handyman and service left with live electrical wires hanging(See photographs) Repair stove top grill operation to original working condition that was originally dismantled by handyman without receiving permission by owner In advance(See attached photographs)

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: This business owner contacted me this morning 09/02/immediately after I submitted a negative review about his business on the Revdex.com websiteHis correspondence came via a Revdex.com email address sent to my personal email account threatening to lien my property claiming past due amounts immediatelyMy complaint is multilayerd now with both the Revdex.com and this contractorIt was not my understanding that the negative business review rating was going to allow this contractor to immediately harass and threaten me by email via the Revdex.com websiteI have previously blocked all email and phone correspondence with this contractor because I experience him as a threat to my safety and securityI will only correspond with third party presence and mediation.Contractor had made a verbal promise to return and repair a number of Incomplete work projects A significant amount of time over many months , including providing the contractor key access to my property in my absence was provided with a written detail of projects needing to be completed for final repair as promisedContractor did not complete any of the work projects requested in writing by the consumer during the day house sitting period that provided the contractor key access to the property, nor did he notifiy the consumer at anytime during this period as agreed to text or call consumer anytime If he had any problems, questions or concerns about the operations of the houseFor the record, he was specifically instructed in person by me prior to departure as witnessed by his girlfriend on the operations of the commercial cooktop stove that continues to surface in his correspondenceAs a trained professional chef all occupants in my home are instructed on the operations of this high end commercial cooktop stove.All gas knobs were functional and operational prior to my departureUpon my return to my home I saw middle grill *** was missing and broken offContractor came in person and promised to repair stove damages
Due to the lack of experience of this business owner and the current adversity of the communication between the consumer and this contractor it has now become apparent that any and all resolutions for repair of incomplete promised work projects from both previously paid amounts and all other contractor property damages which occured during his designated key access to the said property in the absence of the homeowner be completed and property damages repaired by a third party service at the discression of the consumerI am requesting that the resolution process for finishing the incomplete work task projects and property damage repair be resolved exclusively by a third party presence with professional oversight

I have done a lot of work for *** and have even house sat her houseShe has been great customer and lady by helping me get my business off the ground*** gave me a verbal approval to place pictures of her projects I complete on my
websiteShe also gave me permission to place a advertising board in front of her property.
*** is reporting me because of a dispute over her flat top*** flat top was already broken and while I was house sitting her house the knob broke offAfter that, she was upset I said I would not replace something that was already broken for free.
Let me me know what I can do to resolve this complaint.
