Revdex.com: To whom it may concern, Thank you for taking the time to respond to our complaint, my husband (***) and I can not believe the letter that the Office Manager at Lakecreek Family Dental submitted, we ***'t even know where to start in how inaccurate the information is and it is sad to know the we still did not received the response to our billing question and initial complaintWhy when we transfer the credit to the other account the balance went up, a simple explanation would of been sufficient No need to embellish the letter with inacurate information and absolute liesOur family has never received free service from this facility, we have always paid our bills in full, and I have always been responsible for my family accountsWe have been very happy with the services provided by Dr [redacted] and Dr [redacted] both dentist are very professional and have been great dentist to our family By reading the anger and unprofessional response from their office manager we have opted not to continue with the complaint I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory and that at no time we refused to pay the balance Sincerely, [redacted] and [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because:As per our conversation you stated for me to send you this note.I am still receiving statements for 132.15… It was my understanding from their response they would be writing it off I thought for a moment I did not understand their response.I thought about calling but after their managers response I do not want to be subjected to their unprofessional treatment and it seems that they are not even responding to our return receipt/certified letter requesting records. I am attaching a copy of the last statement I received, I am concerned they will turn our accounts over to collections as it shows that it is past days. If you could kindly assist me in this matter I would kindly appreciate it. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me. Regards,

My name i* *** *** and I am the office manager here at Lakecreek Family DentalI am sending this to you in response to the assigned ID#: *** that you received from *** ** *** was a patient in our office in for exactly day, which was February 4, She has never been
seen here sinceHowever, her husband *** and her year old son Noah have been seen this yearWhen Noah came into our office for fillings on 8/10/2016, he stated his mother would be paying for the dental workI called and spoke to *** myself and asked her if she would be paying for her son's fillings that dayShe became very emotional (as she has many times in the past) and began yelling & crying stating she didn't have the money and she was tired of paying for things for her son and that he needed to get a jobShe has been irate in the past over the phone and even yelled at our staffI tried my best to settle her down and offered her a payment planWe split the payment up into paymentsShe thanked me and gave me her credit card number and the dates to draft and how much to draft(We do not keep this info on hand due to HIPPAA reasons) but her credit card # was given to us over the phone by her and was run as we had discussed and agreed to, then she called back crying and screaming again stating she didn't have the money in her account nd would be charged fee from her bankSo I agreed to reverse the payment and would wait another week to run the cardShe agreed to thatThe next week I ran the credit card as agreedAgain, she called back furious and demanded to speak to the Dentist, who was with a patient at the time doing treatmentI told her I would have him call herAbout minutes after that phone conversation, *** *** showed up here at the Dental Office demanding to see Dr*** ***I waited until he was finished with the current patient he was working on and explained what was going on over the phone with her that day, since he had no clue Dr*** agreed to meet with *** in our consult room.They talked for about minutes in private then they both came and told me that she and Dr*** had made an agreement to split the remaining balance into paymentsOne payment was made on 10/3/for $over the phoneThe remaining balance of $was still owedNext thing we know, we received a bad review and an email stating they only owed a dollar and some changeWe were never able to deal with her husband or son, she wanted to be the only contact but is also extremely irrational, abusive, abrasive and causes a big scene when in the office and around other patientsLike I said earlier, she hasn't been a patient of our but for only day back in 2013. We do not wish to see this family any longer as it has turned out to be way too much work ***e for free up front and way too many man hours in conversations about the payments due over and over for great lengths of timeAs well as the yelling, screaming and crying that we have to listen toWe wish to part ways. But the final balance of $is dueWe are willing to write this off to be ***e with the patient however, she keeps making negative reviews and threatsWe wish for that to completely Stop!Please let me know if you need anything further.
