Mrs. [redacted] approached the management office on 3/22/2015 with the problem she was encountering. We began treating her apartment once a week as of 3/22/2015.
Between 3/22/15 and 5/25/15 a professional pest control company, Bug A Boo, completed...

service in Ms. [redacted]'s apartment 9 times including a service of the entire building on 4/20/15. Each time the pest control service was preformed only dead pests were found in Mrs. [redacted]'s apartment, no evidence of pests were found in other apartments located in the same building. As a courtesy, an offer to transfer on-site was given to Ms. [redacted] on 3/26/15 and the offer was declined.
On 4/30/2015 Mrs. [redacted] reached out to us in regards to a transfer which we agreed to do so as well as move her at the management offices' expense.
Mrs. [redacted] will continue to be treated once a week through her move out date of 7/4/2015.

The reason pest control has been in the apartment so much is because dead and ALIVE roaches are still here! This is day 73 and I had to kill one myself yesterday. As for their 'professional'exterminator, he has only baited our apartment once. He just comes every week to just stare at the pile up of new dead and dying roaches. No new bait, nothing. There were pest in another unit the tenant just failed to report it. The offer to relocate was on a 2nd floor unit NOT a 1st floor as I have now. That is why it was declined and I have to wait until July before I can move away from this nightmare. Also, management only offered a moving service free of charge. But all supplies, loss of wages, etc. are out of our pocket. It would have been nice if they could have compensated us for all the monies we are getting to lose to move again. They could have even prorated it to our rent for the month of July.

On 6/8/2015 the Lakecrest Apartments management office received the response from our resident. We spoke to the resident on 6/8/2015 to inquire further as we had agreed that the apartment was to be treated once a week until the transfer took place, the transfer has been pre arranged already. Per our conversation with the resident, everything is taken care of and there are no further issues she'd like to report to us. We will move forward with the treatments and the transfer as previously agreed upon with the tenant. Tenant agreed that the case will be closed and no further action on the management side is required.
