Lakecrest Shoreline Apartments

This place is horrible since the new management took over last February. I have never received so much attitude from a manager of a company and the corporate office. I did not have heat for 3 weeks. They did nothing to reimburse me because they provided me with a little electric heater which I did not use because I didn't want my electric Bill to go up and didn't want to leave it running while I was at work. Lisa is very defensive and will dismiss all of your complaints. Good luck getting maintenance to fix anything in a timely manner. I feel so bad for all of the elderly who are stuck there because they have no where else to go.
