RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I am writing a rebuttal to the response of Lakefront Lines to you (ID# [redacted] ). 1) As far as the bus turning around because the guide forgot his clipboard and tickets for the museum, it was about an hour not 15 minutes.2) They failed to mention about the departure time changed to an hour later because they picked up ONE woman down in Akron.3) [redacted] was not on the flyer sheet that we received at time of booking, it was NOT told to us at time of booking, and my friend did get a tour book but we didn't look into it because we already booked the trip and had the flyer sheet that told us what we are going to see and do (again, it said NOTHING about [redacted] !)4) Half an hour was wasted trying to get to this so-called [redacted] - that turned out to be a little store! Then another half hour was wasted in the STORE. We were told it was only 6/10ths of a mile from the museum! Also it was a bad area we were taken through!5) Lakefront said nothing to you about their own employee putting his name in the basket for the raffle at the " [redacted] " then just "happened" to be the first name called and win the best prize! That's just not right! We did NOT have enough time at the museums! ( Between the turnaround hour and the hour later departure time). As far as me telling Lakefront when they called and I said it was not a good time, it was 3 days later when I could return the call. I had a personal situation going on and could not return the call right away. Their general managers NEVER called me back. I was told we had allotted time at the museum and that is done because they have other bus trips coming in. We were two hours late getting there so how come we didn't run into another bus trip coming in? We didn't. I do not believe that the museum stores would rush you out of there when they could sell more [redacted] items! I would have loved to go back through the museums and read all the signs for the memorabilia and watch the skits. As far as evaluations, I know another couple did not turn in theirs because I saw it in his hand not filled out when we got off the bus at the bus station. We talked to two gentlemen that went on the bus tour at the " [redacted] " and they also were displeased with the trip. I believe we should be reimbursed for the trip. (One hour later departure, one hour turnaround , half an hour trip (6/10ths mile) to " [redacted] [redacted] " and half an hour at the store! Thank you

I am writing in regards to the customer [redacted] complaint ID [redacted] I spoke with Mrs [redacted] friend [redacted] the day after they took the trip and she expressed to me the same issues that Mrs [redacted] is expressing in her complaint I then got a message on to return a call to Mrs [redacted] which I did the same day that I received itWhen I returned the call Mrs [redacted] answered and when I told her who I was she expressed that she have to call me back because it was not a good time Mrs [redacted] called me back days later with her issues which are as follow; She was upset because the Escort made the mistake of leaving his paper work in the garage that contained their tickets which meant that they had to turn around minutes out and come back to get them She felt that she did not have enough time at the [redacted] because they lost time due to turning around to go back to get the paperwork She did not like the last stop at the [redacted] that she did not know that they were going to do She felt that the neighborhood or the route taken to get to the [redacted] was a dangerous area She would have rather stayed at the museum for the minutes that they spent at the [redacted] **store She is demanding half of her money back because she feels that the group lost hours on the tour because of traveling back and forth She also expressed being disappointed because she had not received a return call back from [redacted] or [redacted] after leaving numerous messages.I first apologized to Mrs [redacted] regarding the escort making the mistake and leaving his paperwork behind in the mist of assisting other customers he laid it down and forgot to pick it back up I also tried to explain to Mrs [redacted] that the last stop the [redacted] is advertised in our tour book and after speaking with the person who took their reservation it was also told to them at the time of booking I tried to explain that the group did not miss out on anytime that they were allotted I personally called [redacted] to make sure that they would not and I was assured that it would not be a problem As you can see in the following email and the contract from Dallas whom is the person that set this trip up for Lakefront at [redacted] that yes they arrived about minutes later but the 1/hour they had allotted for the museum they got, the hour in the Tropicana room for lunch they received, and the hour for the live entertainment they got as wellI don't know where she is getting losing hours from I called our dispatch to see what time the bus returned back to the Brookpark office and I was told that it returned approximately minutes later than it was due inI apologized for the last stop not being as exciting as she had hoped but as far as the neighborhood or the route taken to arrive there I cannot do anything about that I also apologize for not getting a call back from [redacted] or [redacted] sooner but she did not want to hear it Although, she calmed down a little she expressed to me that she have already contacted the Revdex.com and her credit card company to dispute her chargesShe wants at least half of her money back for her and her friend [redacted] Nevertheless, when looking at the copies of the evaluations from the customers you will see that many of the customers enjoyed the tripHowever, they would have rather stayed at the museum longer and I understand that but unfortunately this is the time length that we had at each stop I tried to explain to Mrs [redacted] that I cannot refund her for a stop at a store that did not cost her or the company anything to make it was just an added stop on the way home.I am forwarding you a copy of the contract so that you could see the allotted time that was scheduled at each stop as well as seeing that the stop at the [redacted] **did not cost anything, a copy of the overall evaluation sheet, the email from [redacted] and a copy of the wriabout the trip in our tour book.Please feel free to contact me if you need any further information I can be reached at [redacted] ext [redacted] or email me at [redacted] @lakefrontlines.com.Thank you, [redacted] ***
