The agreement was never finalized we were going through a finance company we did some paperwork but not all I made sure I called the finance company to let them know that I didn't want the car because of the check engine light came on within hours I also call Neil P [redacted] and let him know that I didn't want the car and I just needed my down payment back and also the finance company said the deal wasn't complete because they didn't receive paycheck stub or a utility bill proof of residence or proof of insurance and I believe he was mad about the whole situation and started being very disrespectful and told me he can charge me and do basically what he wanted to do and also on the paperwork that I faxed over to you all in the box where it states non-refundable was not initial at all from me or him I just want my down payment back I feel like he took my money just like basically robbed me and there was nothing I could do about it it's hard times out here I'm having an issue now getting back and forth to work I work hard for my money and I don't think he should be able to get away with something like thatI didn't do anything to the car the car was fine when I took it back and also I have been calling him and he don't answer the phone don't respond back to voicemails or anything
