Review: While employed at Lakeland Auto Parts, I purchased an air conditioning compressor for my car. I have since left that employment, and the compressor has failed. The compressor seized, and the car was disabled for over a week while I tried to rectify this issue with Lakeland Auto Parts. I was told by an employee of Lakeland, [redacted] to contact the manufacturer. I did, and they are willing to provide me with a new compressor, and even provided me with an RMA number to send the defect back. Ownership at Lakeland refuses to allow the compressor to be shipped to their locations.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement compressor, labor reimbursement as agreed to by the manufacturer as well as additional labor for having to have a "used" compressor installed because my car was disabled by the compressor being seized.
