I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
[I was contacted On Monday Oct30th by *** She identified herself as the Manager and said this was the first she was hearing about damage to my floorWe agreed to have their "master installer" come out today, Tuesday 10/31/after 3pm to survey the damageI received an automated call Monday 10/asking me to confirm the Tuesday appointment which was scheduled between 3pm-6pm(Even though the automated call said it was for a "delivery") - I still confirmed the appointment since I had spoken with manager earlier Not only did they NOT show up on Tuesday, they did not even extend the courtesy of a phone call to say they were not comingThis is par for the course for this company During the delivery process of exchanging my refrigerator, I had confirmed a delivery and they were a no show and didn't bother to call to say I needed to rescheduleSo, no surprise that it will take more than one attempt for this company to come assess the damage their employee causedFrankly, given their track record, I don't trust them to repair my damage nor trust their recommendation for the repairAt this point, I want payment for the damage and I will hire a professional, reputable company of my choosing to repair my floor.]

As the consumer stated in this complaint she was sure that the driver did not reach out to us, this would be a true a statementThis is the first that we are hearing of this complaint, however we will reach out to this customer and send a senior installer to review the damages that the consumer is
