Lakeland Take 5 Oil Reviews (%countItem)

Seeking full costs of repairs for damage to engine caused by negligence of this shop. Seeking refund for services as well.
On 10/15/2019 I took my vehicle (vin: ***) to store #*** for an oil change. There were two technicians working together on my vehicle. One of the technicians told me the other was new and being trained. The name of the upper and lower technician listed on my invoice (ACCT# ***) are the same person. Leaving the shop, I noticed thick white smoke bellowing from the exhaust pipe. Thinking it was possibly a small spill causing this, I continued to drive home. The truck ran extremely rough and I barely made it home. The distance is not far. It is an older vehicle so I was thinking maybe something is wrong elsewhere. The truck would not crank up. It sat in my yard for months because I had no funds to take it to the mechanic or get it towed. The mileage reflects that I only drove it 9 miles after my oil change. Once I had money saved up, I had a relative jumpstart the truck and follow me to a dealership for diagnosis. This was on or about 01/04/2020. I made it about 2-3 miles before it broke down and my relative had to tow me the rest of the way. The dealership contacted me a few days later and told me they had drained about 12 gallons of oil from my truck and that the oil was into other parts of the engine when it shouldn't be. Since I didn't do any mechanical work to my truck, I knew this overfilling had to be from my last oil change at Take 5. I contacted them and told them my concerns, they referred me to a regional manager who set up a claim and sent an adjuster to look at my truck. The guy at my dealership said this adjuster was rude and insinuated he was lying about the amount of oil that drained from the vehicle, stating it would not have ran if that much was in it. We have video of the truck while it was running on the way to the dealership. The adjuster left the shop and I was contacted days later. The claim had been denied because of the "30 day warranty" expiring, and because the oil drained from my vehicle was discarded. The mileage alone will show you it was only driven home and then a little bit of the way to the dealership. I've sent customer service emails and have no response after giving required information to them. My truck is sitting at the dealership waiting for response from Take 5. The initial quote to get the truck to even start back up now is $2666.38 plus three hours initial diagnosis charges. I am wanting better service and I am seeking a refund for my oil change, any costs to repair my truck to the same condition it was before my oil change, and any further costs I have incurred due to the negligence of this company.

Desired Outcome
