[redacted] Details for lack of satisfaction - First I immediately replied to Lake Master's comments of Aug & Sep 2016 furthermore their final response was to deny responsibility.  In my opinion we had come to an impass after I had made all reasonable efforts to find a workable solution.Lake Master position is to deny culpability for initial seawall recommendations and installation deficiencies and chooses to mention an "unknown" change to a drain as a problem (no such change was made) and attributes failure to wall push out is normal ware and tare.  Many seawalls at both Morse and Geist have lasted decades without similar issues and continue to function as originally installed.  Lake Master proposal was to request additional funds to repair their installation, hum they were supposed to be the experts who proposed and quoted and installed the initial seawall.  Additional payments to Lake Master to repair their errors for a job in which they lacked competencies to do right in the first place only puts me at further risk and offers no assurances for issues that typically would not present within a year nor were there any assurances that their proposal would provide a long term solution.  Often it is impossibly to repair something that is so fundamentally flawed - and this is the case here
