On 10/28/19 *** from lakeridge financial group contacted me and stated that I was approved for a loan on the amount of $***. I asked *** how she was able to get my information and she stated that she pulled me up on a previous loan application that I had placed on line. So *** sent me a contract stating that I was approved for this loan but was required to send amount of 520.00 by wire to a person named *** in Milton Ontario for 3 months in advance payment to be made to this person. I agreed to send this money to them( which I wired it via money in mins) when *** called me back she stated that the lender was requiring me to send another additional amount 490.00 to be sent to a *** in Milton Ontario for additional amount required for another 3 more payments to be applied to my loan. I agreed to send this to them. After I sent the amounts *** contacted me stating that the lender was requesting me to send additional 500.00 for insurance on my loan. I asked *** why was this requested she stated that because my credit was not the best that the lender wanted *** but lakeridge financial was going to pick up he other half. So I agreed. When *** called me back and said that the lender was not going to except lakeridge payment that I would have to come up with the rest of the amount I told *** that I was not going to send it. *** then said to me that there was nothing they can do for me. At that time I said to *** that I wanted my money back which was in the amount of $*** sent back to me. *** said hat she would close my account and that I would need to call customer service to see when my money would be returned back to me. So I contacted lakeridge financial group and spoke to a man that stated that the check would be mailed to me on dec 13. He stated to me that I should receive it within 3 to 4 days. Well as of dec 20 I still have not received my money back from this company.

On October 22,2019 *** called about a loan in the amount of *** I asked her what the interest was and she stated 8% for 540.00 as collateral and 189.00 a month for 36 months. The 540.00 would go towards the first 3 payments. I stated that I wouldn't have the money until Nov 1, 2019. She stated that she would email the loan paperwork to us and that we need to get it back to her within 5 days to continue with the loan. I emailed the paperwork to her and she stated that she would call us back closer to Nov 1 ,2019 to finish the paperwork. on Oct 29,th she called and stated that everything was good and we just needed to send the 540.00 for the collateral and the money would be in our account within 3 days. on Nov 1,2019 at 1pm *** called to tell me that if I WANTED THE MONEY THE SAME day that I would need to western union it to her and it would costa fee of 64.00 that would be refunded back to me. Or else if I mailed it would take longer to get because they would have to wait on the 540.00 before they could send the *** She told me to send the money to THE LENDER *** Ontario Canada. After he recieved the money that *** would be deposited into my account within 3 hrs. This was around 2pm, AROUND 5pm *** called and stated that she pulled my credit again and notice a discrepancy and would need another 540.00in order to do the loan. I stated if she had assured us that everything was good and we were good. she then said something had changed on our credit and would need more money. I stated no to just refund me my money back. She then stated I had to wait 25 to 30 days in order to get a refund.
