employees went to residence to load customer’s [redacted] on February 3, 2014.  At no time did the customer call the office with concerns over the speed of the movers, too many breaks or that the customer was having to help move.  At the end of the move the office was contacted with a question “does our insurance cover the customer moving items in their rented truck”.  The mover was called back and told the answer to this question was no.  Upon completion of the job the customer seemed happy and even tipped the movers.  The customer has used our company for two other moves and didn’t have any problems.  Insurance questions are handled by our office not the movers. The customer should have addressed this with the office before the move. Each time the customer called she was called back and told our insurance does not cover items being moved in a rental truck.  We have no control over the way the rented truck was driven or whether items were added or moved after we finished loading the truck.
