Avoid using at all costs. Owner Phil is rude and can be belligerent. Used Lakes HVAC as an authorized provider for my home warranty. Charged excessive fees for electrical, pvc, duct work, etc that wasn't covered under home warranty for furnace replacement. Actual work required very little modification to justify cost. In addition, when reinstalling humidifer to furnace they wired it incorrectly resulting in motor burning out and needing to be replaced. Owner agreed to split cost of replacement 50-50 but then never paid. If recommended by your home warranty I strongly suggest you call warranty company and request another provider.
