Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.It seems to me that Lakes of Stone Glen Apartment is stating that they must adhere to the contract at all times and not refund the $ However they are not abiding by their contract by accepting a verbal agreement that the [redacted] 's wanted out of the leaseTheir own contract states that it all cancellations must be submitted in writing.It doesn't speak well for the company when they have a agent representing them that states they will call you back on when to expect the refund after she makes a few calls and now the company is not going to back their own representative I don't want to go to small claims court to resolve this matter if I don't have to but I'm willing to let a judge know that I was able to get out of a rental agreement with a verbal and no signatures by anyone.Again I might add I'm not asking for a refund of any of the administrative charges, just a full refund of the deposit $USDI'm still hoping to resolve this matter amicable if not like I mention above I will have my attorney bring this matter to small claims court Regards, [redacted] Revdex.comMESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:Unfortunately, we can-not grant request at this timeThe [redacted] 's did not enter a lease agreement with us only an application [redacted] signed the application and the Welcome Home letter that reiterates that after hours all funds are retained as liquidated damagesAfter speaking to the leasing representative and reviewing all paperwork we will have to follow through with retaining all holdings fees and application deposits paid as liquidated damagesWe have the same policy for all and adhere to it in order to make sure we fairly treat all situationsIam sorry that you are unhappy with the outcome, but would be happy to provide all legal and written documents that we have kept on file for your review

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.It seems to me that Lakes of Stone Glen Apartment  is stating that they must adhere to the contract at all times and not refund the $200.00.  However they are not abiding by their contract by accepting a verbal  agreement that the [redacted]'s wanted out of the lease. Their own contract states that it all cancellations must be submitted in writing.It doesn't speak well for the company when they have a agent representing them  that states they will  call you back on when to expect the refund after she makes a few calls and now the company is not going to  back their own  representative.  I don't want to go to small claims court to resolve this matter if I don't have to  but I'm willing to let a judge know that I was able to get out of a rental agreement with a verbal and no signatures by anyone.Again I might add I'm not asking for a refund of any of the administrative charges, just  a full refund of the deposit $200.00 USD.
