I spoke with *** one of the business partners with Creative LightingI sent an email with my identification and what I was wanting a quote on thinking he would get back with me by the first of the weekHe called about minutes later and was able to quote me $*** per light and I would need lights fot optimal resultsHe said he worked /and for my job to be done next week we would have to order by first thing Monday morning to be able to get in the parts and get the work done by the end of the week.I called him on Saturday asking if he thought we could get by with four lights he said he would come out and take a lookI was under the understanding that he would be bringing a few different types of light for us to see what would work best and how many I would actually needHe first indicated would be optimal six would be adequate and did not think that would work until I was ready to say I would get back with him tomorrow to give him my decision My biggest complaint is his reaction as I started saying I would have to think about itHe abruptly gathered his things and walked through the house and out the doorThere was no denying he was madI emailed him as he asked me to the next day to tell him we would not be using him and I was in shock at the text I received back from him regarding I should not have wasted his time I should have left him alone misunderstanding were obvious evidence of my attention deficit and other derogatory commentsHe accused me of just wanting to find out installation techniques etceteraI honestly needed some advice on how and what would look the best but was not able to get a straight answer from himI have never been talked to like that by someone I was discussing a purchase withNeedless to say I will not be using his company or recommending them to my friends and colleagues
