Recently, Lakeshore Construction installed new siding on our houseThey were extremely professional and very efficient throughout the entire process, despite the weather not cooperating! Within just a matter of days, the siding was done and they even went above and beyond to make sure that things like outlets were properly secured We were very pleased with the end result and would definitely use them again in the future!
Midwest Construction Solutions, Now Lakeshore Construction Solutions installed a new roof on my place 6-25-12 for the previous owner of our park model in Sandy Pines, Hopkins Michigan. We bought the home July 2012. Spring 2013 I called them because of a leak, they did not respond. I finally had to call another repair person to fix the issue. Same thing in 2014. This year 2016 noticed another leak, and thinking I was calling a different company called Lakeshore Construction and on 7-13-16 Craig came out and discussed installing a new roof. As I did not have the original receipt out was thinking the roof was a 6 or 7 years old and just wanted it checked out and repaired if necessary. Well Craig, although coming to check out a roof leak did not bring a ladder said he would get one from his crew on the other side of the park and come back and check it out. He never showed up. This am pulled up the original contractor info and surprise, it is the same company. He never stated he did the original roof, just suggested we get a new one to stop the hassle of leaks. The roof is 4 years old, previous owner paid $1700. And they are not standing by their work. WARNING, do not use them!
